摘 要:探讨局部进展期直肠癌的标准治疗方案是新辅助放化疗+直肠癌根治术+辅助化疗,其中新辅助治疗疗效的术前评估是目前临床上的焦点问题。常规MRI和功能MRI是评估放化疗反应的重要方法,关于这方面的研究虽有部分成果,却也存在着一定的问题。随着近年来计算机软硬件的快速发展和人工智能的迅速崛起,越来越多国内外的研究期望通过人工智能的方法解决这一难题。本文就图像纹理分析及影像组学在直肠癌新辅助放化疗评估中的研究现状和进展进行综述。The standard treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer is neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy+radical resection+adjuvant chemotherapy,while the preoperative efficacy evaluation of neoadjuvant therapy is the focus of clinical research.Conventional and functional MRI are important methods to evaluate the response to chemoradiotherapy.Although there are some achievements in this field,there are still some problems.With the rapid development of computer hardware and software and the swift emergence of artificial intelligence in recent years,more and more domestic and foreign researches are expected to solve this problem through the method of artificial intelligence.Based on texture analysis and radiomics,this paper selects the actual clinical problem of evaluation after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for rectal cancer,and reviews the current research status and progress at home and abroad.
