摘  要:以紧穗野生稻幼胚为实验材料,采用N6和MS为基本培养基,研究不同浓度激素配比对紧穗野生稻幼胚愈伤诱导、分化和生根的影响。结果表明,以N6为基本培养基,2,4-D浓度为5.0 mg/L的培养基诱导出愈率最高,达到100%。以N6为基本培养基,6-BA浓度为4.0 mg/L,添加NAA 0.3 mg/L、KT 2.0 mg/L、ZT 2.0 mg/L的培养基分化率最高,达到88%。较好的胚性愈伤在最适合分化的培养基中能够获得较高的分化率,以N6为基本培养基,IAA浓度为0.3 mg/L的培养基生根率最高,达到96%。Using young embryos of Oryza eichingeri as experimental materials,N 6 and MS as the basic medium,we systematically studied the effects of different concentrations of hormone ratios on callus induction,differentiation and rooting of young embryos.The results showed that the induction rate of the callus on the medium with N 6 as the basic medium and the 2,4-D concentration of 5.0 mg/L reached the highest(100%),whereas the differentiation rate on N 6 basic medium with 4.0 mg/L 6-BA,0.3 mg/L NAA,2.0 mg/L KT and 2.0 mg/L ZT reached the highest(88%).The better embryonic callus had high differentiation rate on the appropriate medium,and the rooting rate on N 6 basic medium with 0.3 mg/L IAA reached the highest(96%).
