摘  要:以12份大茎野生种血缘后代材料及生产上大面积推广种植的ROC22和粤糖93-159为试验材料,对其7个工农艺性状进行主成分和聚类分析。结果表明:供试材料各性状间存在较高相关性;主成分分析将7个性状降为3个主成分,这3个主成分能解释表型变异的95.7057%。基于3个主成分进行二维排序和聚类分析,筛选到8(云瑞14-204)和6(云瑞14-199)2份优质材料,能较好地为大茎野生种的创新利用和品种改良提供科学依据。The main components analysis and cluster analysis of seven industrial and agronomic characters were carried out from 12 S.robusfum offspring,the leading varieties ROC22 and Yuetang 93-159.The results showed that there was a higher correlation among the various traits of the test materials.seven traits were reduced to three principal components by principal component analysis,which could explain 95.7057% of phenotypic variation.Based on the two dimensional sorting and clustering analysis of the three principal components,the 8(Yunrui 14-204)and 6(Yunrui 14-199)were selected as two high quality materials,which could provide a scientific basis for the innovative utilization and improvement of S.robustum varieties.
