摘  要:以西瓜迁丽1号为试验材料,试验设6个基追比肥料处理,研究钾肥对西瓜叶片抗氧化酶活性、生长、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:随着钾肥追施比例的增加,植株的蔓长和叶片数增加;植株的叶片保护酶SOD、POD、CAT活性增加,膜氧化产物MDA减少;植株的单瓜重增加,单位面积产量增加;果实的中心糖、边糖增加;果实品质中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和VC含量增加,硝态氮含量和可滴定酸含量减少。当钾肥追施比达1∶1时,各指标达到最大;追施比继续增加后,各指标反而降低。In this study,watermelon“Qianli No.1”was used as the test material.The experiment consisted of 6 treatments.The Effects of potassium fertilizer on the antioxidant enzyme activities,yield and quality of watermelon were studied.With the increase of the ratio of potassium fertilizer application,the plant length and number of leaves increased.The activity of leaf protective enzyme SOD/POD/CAT increased,and the membrane oxidation product MDA decreased.The single melon weight of plants increased,and the yield per mu increased.The central sugar and fructose of the fruit increased.The content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and VC increased in the fruit,and the content of nitrate nitrogen and titratable acid decreased.When the potash topdressing ratio reached 1∶1,the indicators reached the maximum.After the tracking ratio continues to increase,the indicators will decrease.
