多层螺旋CT在肾盂旁囊肿诊断及分型中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究分析多层螺旋CT在肾盂旁囊肿诊断及分型中的应用效果。方法:选取本院收治的肾盂旁囊肿患者20例,所有患者在采用多层螺旋CT诊断检查前实施B超检查,观察临床诊断检查效果。结果:运用B超检查,误诊为肾积水11例(55.00%),漏诊4例(20.00%),误诊、漏诊率比较高,采用多层螺旋CT诊断检查,肾盂旁囊肿诊断检查正确率为100%,多层螺旋CT诊断检查肾盂旁囊肿的效果显著。结论:在肾盂旁囊肿患者临床诊断中运用多层螺旋CT诊断检查,患者的诊断检出率高,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate and analyze the application of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis and classification of Parapelvic Cyst.Methods:20 cases of Parapelvic Cyst were selected,and all patients were examined with B-ultrasound before using multi-slice spiral CT to observe the clinical diagnosis.Results:Using B-ultrasound,11 cases(55.00%)were misdiagnosed as hydronephrosis,4 cases(20.00%)were missed,and the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates were relatively high.Multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis was used,and the correct diagnosis and examination rate was 100%.Multi-slice spiral CT diagnostic examination of the Parapelvic Cyst has a significant effect.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT examination is used in the clinical diagnosis of patients with Parapelvic Cyst,and it provides a higher reference basis for patients'treatment and has higher clinical application value.
