电针项八穴治疗上颈段综合征急性发作期临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较电针项八穴与常规电针疗法治疗上颈段综合征的临床疗效。方法患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组参照《针灸治疗学》中有关"项痹"的腧穴处方取颈夹脊、阿是穴等;项八穴组取双侧风池、玉枕、天柱、完骨,两组均接G6805电针治疗仪(疏密波14 Hz)每日1次,5次为1个疗程,疗程间休息2 d,治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后颈椎病治疗成绩评分情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果项八穴组总有效率为93.33%,优于针刺组的80.00%(P <0.05)。两组治疗后颈椎病治疗成绩评分表中自觉症状、临床检查、日常生活动作评分均较治疗前提高(P <0.05),且提高程度项八穴组均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论电针项八穴治疗上颈段综合征临床疗效优于常规电针疗法,可明显改善头颈部疼痛、头晕、活动障碍和交感神经等症状。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture at Xiangba point with that of conventional electro-acupuncture on upper cervical syndrome.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The two groups were treated accordingly,once a day,5 times for a course,2-day break between courses,for 2 courses.The treatment scores of cervical spondylosis were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in Xiangba point group,better than that in the acupuncture group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of conscious symptoms,clinical examinations and daily activities of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of Xiangba point group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of electro-acupuncture at Xiangba point on upper cervical syndrome is better than that of conventional electro-acupuncture therapy,which can significantly improve the symptoms of head and neck pain,dizziness,dysactivity and sympathetic nerve.
