冷喷联合湿敷甘芩液治疗日晒疮的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘芩液冷喷联合湿敷疗法治疗日晒疮的临床疗效。方法将120例日晒疮患者随机分成两组,均给予甘芩液湿敷,治疗组联合甘芩液冷喷,对照组联合蒸馏水冷喷,疗程均为1周。观察患者治疗前后皮损情况及主观感受,分析评价2种外治方法治疗日晒疮临床效果。结果治疗3 d后两组间面积与严重程度(EASI)评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗7 d后治疗组EASI评分改善优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组治疗后EASI单项评分优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组总显效率97.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05),两组均无不良反应发生。结论中药冷喷联合湿敷治疗日晒疮临床疗效显著,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ganqin Liquid cold spray combined with wet compress on solar dermatitis.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with Gump Scutellaria wet compress combined with Ganqin Liquid cold spray and distilled water cold spray,respectively.The clinical effects were analyzed and evaluated by observing the skin lesions and subjective feelings of patients before and after treatment.Results:There was no difference in the scores between them after 3 days of treatment(P>0.05).After 7 days,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of single index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the total marked efficiency was 97.67%,better than that in the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ganqin Liquid cold spray combined with wet com press treatment is effective and safe on solar dermatitis.
