摘 要:目的了解苏州地区住院儿童呼吸道人类博卡病毒感染的流行病学方面一些特征及检出率与气候的关系。方法收集2012年1月至2015年12月收治因呼吸道感染住院患儿的痰液,实时PCR技术检测人类博卡病毒(hBoV),同时检测呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、副流感病毒1、2、3型(Pinf Ⅰ~Ⅲ)、流感病毒A、B型(FLU A和B)、腺病毒(ADV)及人类偏肺病毒(hMPV)、鼻病毒(hRV)等9种常见呼吸道病毒。并收集气象资料。结果病毒阳性检测率为29.78%(2594/8711),hBoV检出率为4.11%(358/8711),位居第三,检出率最高的是RSV10.9%(950/8711),其次是hRV10.52%(666/6333)。hBoV春、夏、秋、冬季检出率分别为2.38%、5.31%、6.36%、2.53%,夏季、秋季的检出率均高于春季、冬季(c2分别为25.857、22.300、41.926、37.191,P<0.001)。hBoV检出率与月气温均值中度正相关(r=0.443),与月日照有效时间(r=0.166)低度正相关,与月降水量(r=-0.005)、月空气相对湿度(r=-0.003)、月平均风速(r=0.043)不相关。结论 hBoV是儿童常见呼吸道病毒病原体之一,夏、秋季感染率偏高,气温对hBoV的流行有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics of hBoV with acute respiratory tract infection in children and its relationship of meteorological factors in Suzhou.Methods The sputum of the hospitalized children with respiratory tract infection from January 2012 to December 2015 were collected.hBoV was detected by real-time fluorescent PCR.9 common viruses in respiratory tract were detected at the same time.Meteorological data were collected.Results 2594 cases(29.78%)were positive among 8711 cases.The detection rate of hBoV was 4.11%(358/8711),accounting for the third place.The most common cause of viral pneumonia was RSV(10.9%,950/8711),and the second was hRV(10.52%,666/6333).The detection rate of hBoV in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 2.38%,5.31%,6.36%and 2.53%respectively.The positive rate of summer and autumn were higher than that of spring and winter(χ2=25.857,22.300,41.926,37.191;P<0.001).The detection rate of hBoV was moderately and positively correlated with monthly mean temperature(r=0.443),slightly correlated with monthly sunshine duration(r=0.166),but not correlated with the monthly rainfall(r=0.005),the monthly mean relative humidity(r=0.003),or the monthly average wind speed(r=0.043).Conclusion hBoV is one of the common respiratory virus pathogens in children.The prevalence of hBoV infection is higher during summer and autumn.Temperature may affect the prevalence of hBoV.
