摘  要:首先对天然橡胶进行环氧化改性,进而利用环氧基团和硅羟基之间的反应制备具有多重羟基的改性天然橡胶。利用红外光谱法、核磁共振法、光学显微镜、拉伸试验和耐油实验等方法研究该材料的自修复性能和耐油性能。当反应pH值>7,改性产物改性程度较高,且显示出优异的低温自修复性能。裂纹自然拼接后,在没有任何外界刺激条件下,室温自修复效率高达82.6%。在93#柴油中浸泡72h后,质量膨胀率仅为243.8%,仅为天然橡胶的四分之一。In this paper,the natural rubber was epoxidized,then hydroxyl groups were introduced into the backbone of modified natural rubber by the reaction between the epoxy group and the silanol group.The self-healing properties and oil resistance of the material were studied by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,optical microscopy,tensile test and oil resistance test.When the pH was higher than 7,the modified product showed a higher degree of modification and exhibited excellent self-healing properties.After the crack was naturally spliced,the maximum self-healing efficiency can reach up to 82.6%without any external stimulus at room temperature.After soaking for 72 hours in 93#diesel,the mass expansion rate was only 243.8%,which was three times better than natural rubber.
