摘  要:本研究以边沁桉组培苗采穗母株上的半木质化枝条为试材,采用随机区组设计的方法,针对嫩枝扦插中基质选择、母株选择、插穗预处理方法等关键因子开展了嫩枝扦插技术研究。结果表明:对生根率和平均每株生根数,扦插基质和母株株龄均有显著影响,预处理配方有极显著影响,而预处理时间无显著影响,预处理配方与预处理时间的交互作用也无显著影响;从1~3 a生的组培苗采穗母株上剪取穗条,以黄心土:水苔(2~3:1)为扦插基质,插穗用IBA300 mg·L^-1+NAA200 mg·L^-1浸泡预处理30 min,扦插后每7 d浇灌1次IBA0.3 mg·L^-1+NAA0.2 mg·L^-1的溶液直至生根,其生根率达76.3%以上,平均每株生根数达3.8条以上,是边沁桉组培苗嫩枝扦插的最佳方法。Trials of rooting semi-lignified(softwood)stem cuttings from mother plants of tissue cultured Eucalyptus benthamii seedlings were carried out to examine the effects of key factors such as rooting media selection,mother plants selection and pretreatment,using a randomized block design trial.Results showed that the rooting media and the age of mother plants both had significant effects on rooting.Pretreatment formulation had highly significant effects on rooting but both the pretreatment time and the interaction between pretreatment formulation and pretreatment time had no significant effect.The best method for rooting of E.benthamii softwood cuttings is that using a mixture of yellow subsoil:sphagnum moss(2~3:1)as the rooting media,taking cuttings from the 1~3 year-old mother plants of tissue cultured seedlings pretreated by soaking in IBA300 mg·L^-1+NAA200 mg·L^-1 for 30 min,and then irrigated with IBA 0.3 mg·L^-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L^-1 solution every 7 days until rooting.In this way,the rooting rate could reach over 76.3%and the average root number of roots per cutting over 3.8.
