摘 要:为解决以往AHP分析过程中因未能给出权重判断依据,导致权重的含义具有模糊性问题,提出基于ODIE(频率、检测难易度、影响、费用投入)原则的AHP-云模型评价方法,并将其应用于实际生产中。首先,建立转炉炼钢生产安全评价体系;其次,分别依据O,D,I,E构建判断矩阵计算权重;然后,对评价因素在各评价依据下的权重进行汇总;最后,用云模型对炼钢厂进行风险评价。基于ODIE原则的AHP-云模型法所得权重,有力的体现了评价因素的重要性以及其重要性的意义所在,且云模型减少了评价结果的模糊性,对安全决策更具指导意义。In order to solve the problem of the ambiguity of the meaning of weight which is caused by failing to give judgment of weight in the past AHP analysis,the assessment of AHP-Cloud model based on the principle of ODIE(frequency,detection difficulty,impact,safety investment)was put forward and used in the actual production.First of all,a safety evaluation system for converter steelmaking was established;secondly,the judgment matrix was constructed according to O,D,I,E respectively and then the weight was calculated;thirdly,the weight of evaluation factors was summarized under each rule;finally,converter steelmaking risk assessment was conducted by cloud model.The weight of AHP-Cloud model based on the ODIE principle strongly reflected the importance of the evaluation factor and the significance of its importance.And Cloud model greatly reduced the fuzziness of result and was more instructive to safety decision-making.
