摘  要:ASME B31.8S—2016《输气管道系统完整性管理》通过大量简化和假设,得出了基于管道管径与压力关系的输气管道潜在影响半径简化公式,在输气管道高后果区识别中得到广泛应用。通过对该简化公式进行分析,表明泄漏衰减因子的取值对潜在影响半径计算结果有着极大的影响,泄漏衰减因子随管径的增大而增大,但不随压力变化而变化,统一将泄漏衰减因子取为0.33,并不适用于大口径管道。最后通过对不同管径管道泄漏衰减因子进行计算,得到了不同管径管道的潜在影响半径计算公式。研究成果可为管道潜在影响半径的确定,尤其是大口径管道潜在影响半径的确定提供依据。Through a lot of simplification and hypothesis,the simplified formula of pipeline potential influence radius based on the relationship between pipe diameter and pressure is obtained in the“gas pipeline system integrity management”,which is widely used in the identification of high-consequence zone of pipeline.Through the analysis of this simplified formula,it is shown that the value of leakage attenuation factor has a great influence on the calculation results of potential influence radius.The leakage attenuation factor increases with the increase of pipe diameter,but does not change with the change of pressure.The leakage attenuation factor is set as 0.33,which is not applicable to large-diameter pipelines.Finally,by calculating the leakage attenuation factors of pipelines with different pipe diameters,the formula for calculating the potential influence radius of pipelines with different pipe diameters is obtained.The research results can provide a basis for determining the potential influence radius of pipeline,especially the large diameter pipeline.
