摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶燃烧法制备了不同参数的钡铁氧体粉体。利用X射线衍射分析、傅里叶红外、磁性测量系统对其形貌进行了表征。以1,2,4-酸为目标污染物,分析制备条件对钡铁氧体光催化性能的影响。结果表明:煅烧温度、PEG加入量对样品晶体结构、晶粒大小影响较大。在条件为:Fe 3+/Ba 2+=12,CA/MN=2,PEG=2 g,pH=7,450℃下预烧2 h,850℃下煅烧3 h制备的钡铁氧体为M型永磁性纳米材料,其矫顽力Hc为5 354 Oe,饱和磁化强度Ms为57.24 emu/g,具有良好的光催化性能。Barium ferrite powders with different parameters were prepared by sol-gel combustion method.The morphology was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis,Fourier infrared and magnetic measurement system.The effects of preparation conditions on the photocatalytic properties of barium ferrite were analyzed by using 1,2,4-acid as the target pollutant.The results show that the calcination temperature and the amount of PEG added have a great influence on the crystal structure and grain size of the sample.Under the conditions of:Fe 3+/Ba 2+=12,CA/MN=2,PEG=2 g,pH=7,calcined for 2 h at 450°C,and the barium ferrite prepared by calcination at 850°C for 3 h is M-type permanent magnet nanomaterial.The coercive force Hc is 5 354 Oe,and the saturation magnetization Ms is 57.24 emu/g,which has good photocatalytic performance.
