摘 要:实验制备了锌镁铝聚合混凝剂,并用该混凝剂作为柱撑剂柱撑粘土。以铜离子为模拟污染物,对物质的制备条件及实验工况进行了探索,实验确定了锌镁铝混凝剂的最佳制备条件,用最佳条件下的混凝剂作为柱撑剂,以河北土为载体制备柱撑粘土,该柱撑粘土对铜离子去除效率可达98.4%,无机盐类柱撑粘土吸附Cu 2+符合二级动力学方程。对比柱撑粘土的BET表征数据发现,经柱撑后粘土的比表面积较提纯土有了较大的提高,表征结果与实验数据吻合。In this experiment,a zinc-magnesium-aluminum polymerization coagulant was prepared,and the coagulant was used as a pillaring agent to support the clay.Taking copper ion as a simulated pollutant,the preparation conditions and experimental conditions of the material were explored and the optimum preparation conditions of the zinc-magnesium-aluminum coagulant were determined experimentally.The coagulant under the optimal conditions was used as the pillaring agent,the pillared clay was prepared by using Hebei soil as the carrier,the removal efficiency of copper ion by the pillared clay was up to 98.4%,and the adsorption of Cu 2+by inorganic salt pillared clay accorded with the second-order kinetic equation.Comparing the BET characterization data of the pillared clay,it is found that the specific surface area of the clay after pillaring is greatly improved compared with the pure soil,and the characterization results are in agreement with the experimental data.
