摘  要:对于智能变电站设备,目前测试人员仍是采用单一设备测试方法,并未统一到全站测试的高度。基于国内外研究现状,根据“三层两网”的变电站结构,以系统性完整测试为目标,以标准化作业指导书为蓝本,通过由一体化系统提供的专业调试工具,快速、准确地完成智能变电站一体化智能测试工作。研究表明:通过对继电保护测试仪的控制,可实现自动检验数字继电保护装置、自动生成测试报告的功能。该系统既能使测试工作更完善有效,同时也将大幅降低相关运维作业人员的工作强度,提高工作效率和工作质量。For Smart Substation equipment,the tester is still using a single device test method,and has not been unified to the height of the whole station test.Based on the current research status at home and abroad,according to the structure of"three layers and two nets",with the goal of systematic and complete testing,the standardized operation guidance book is the blueprint,and the intelligent substation integrated intelligent testing work is completed quickly and accurately through the specialized debugging tools provided by the integrated system.The research shows that through the control of relay protection tester,the function of automatic inspection of digital relay protection device and automatic generation of test report can be realized.The system can not only make the testing work more perfect and effective,but also greatly reduce the work intensity of the relevant operation and maintenance personnel,and improve the work efficiency and work quality.
