摘  要:采用电催化气浮试验装置在大庆油田某强碱三元污水处理站开展现场试验,现场考察了电催化气浮恒流量、不同电压以及恒压、不同流量下进出水的粘度及COD、油、悬浮固体浓度变化情况,同时和常规溶气气浮试验装置在同一工况下开展水质对比分析。现场试验结果表明,当电催化气浮试验装置升压至4.0 V时,降粘率大于40%,油去除率稳定在60%左右,悬浮固体去除率稳定在38%左右,COD去除率稳定在20%左右。与常规溶气气浮相比,电催化气浮油去除率提高了50%左右,悬浮固体去除率提高了18%左右,COD去除率提高了12%左右,降粘率提高了35%左右。An electrocatalytic-air flotation test device was used to carry out a field test in a strong alkali alkaline surfactant polymer(ASP)produced water treatment station in Daqing oilfield.The viscosity,CODCr,oil and suspended solids concentrations of the inlet and outlet water of the electrocatalytic-air floatation device under the conditions of constant flow rate and different voltages,as well as constant voltage and different flow rates were investigated.At the same time,the water quality was compared with that of the conventional dissolved air floatation devices under the same condition.The results of the filed tests showed that,when the voltage of the electrocatalytic-air flotation test device increased to 4.0 V,the viscosity reduction rate was above 40%,the removal rates of oil,suspended solids and CODCr were stable at about 60%,38%and 20%respectively.Compared with conventional dissolved air floatation,the removal rates of oil,suspended solids and CODCr by the said process were increased by about 50%,18%and 12%respectively,and the viscosity reduction rate was increased by about 35%.
