摘 要:牛磺酸生产废水因含有的硫酸盐和磺酸基团在厌氧过程中被还原成硫单质或硫离子,进入好氧系统后影响微生物活性,物化法除硫产生大量污泥;同时,废水经厌氧处理后氨氮浓度上升,导致出水达不到设计要求。通过对原有工艺存在问题的分析,提出采用UASB-水解酸化-曝气吹脱-混凝沉淀-A/O工艺进行改造,可解决氨氮及硫对系统的影响。改造后工程稳定运行,CODCr、氨氮去除率均达到90%以上,最终出水稳定达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准。As taurine production wastewater contains sulfate and sulfonic acid groups that can be reduced to simple substance of sulfur or sulfide ions,it influences the microbial activity when flow into aerobic system,and large quantity of sludge was produced during the process of sulfide removal by physic-chemical method.Meanwhile,through the anaerobic treatment,the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the wastewater increased,which caused the effluent water quality not meet the design requirement.According to the analysis of the existing problems of the original process,UASB-hydraulic acidification-aeration air stripping-coagulation sedimentation-A/O process was proposed to be adopted for the project reconstruction,so as to eliminate the impact of ammonia nitrogen and sulfate to the system.The reconstruced project ran stably,the removal rates of CODCr and ammonia nitrogen were both above 90%,the effluent water quality stably met the requirement of grade 3 in GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
