摘 要:人类生活水平提高,果糖越来越广泛的被用作食品和饮料的增甜剂添加到新型软饮料和果汁中,果糖的过量摄入不仅会诱发肥胖、代谢综合征,同时也升高血尿酸水平,诱发痛风,并且是导致CKD发病和进展的重要因素;其相关代谢机制、基因等方面的研究进展也越来越多,如何控制果糖的过量摄入,降低果糖的不良影响,日益受到人们关注。With the improvement of the human living standard,fructose is more and more widely used as a food and beverage sweetener added to the new soft drinks and fruit juices.Fructose intake not only induces obesity,metabolic syndrome,but also increases the blood uric acid levels,inducing gout,which is the important factor for the incidence of chronic kidney disease and progression.More and more research progress has been made on the fructose-related metabolic mechanism and metabolic genes.How to control the excessive intake of fructose and prevent the adverse effects of fructose has attracted increasing attention.
