摘 要:研究了钼精矿微波焙烧过程中的脱硫行为,探讨了物料厚度、焙烧温度以及保温时间等因素对钼精矿脱硫的影响。研究结果表明,焙烧产物中硫含量与物料厚度呈正比关系,与保温时间成反比,随焙烧温度升高,在550℃微弱升高后降低,在物料厚度为2 mm、微波加热至650℃焙烧60 min后,含硫量低至0.11%,焙烧产物为三氧化钼。The desulphurization behavior of molybdenite concentrate in microwave fields was investigated.The influences of material thickness,roasting temperature and holding time on the desulphurization behavior of molybdenite concentrate were researched.Results showed that the sulfur content of molybdenite concentrate was proportional to material thickness,inversely proportional to holding time,and with temperature-rising of material,increased slightly at 550℃ and then decreased.When materials were heated at 650℃ in microwave for 60 min,under the conditions of material thickness of 2 mm,the sulfur content of molybdenite concentrate could be reduced to 0.11% and the roasted product was molybdenum trioxide.
