摘 要:针对催化汽油砷化物脱除需要,开发一种以大孔γ-Al2O3为载体的双金属催化裂化重汽油临氢脱砷剂,并采用XRD和全自动比表面积及孔隙度分析仪对脱砷剂进行表征。考察脱砷剂活性、原料适应性及反应温度、体积空速等工艺条件对脱砷性能的影响。结果表明,该临氢脱砷剂具有较高的脱砷活性(≮85%)和脱砷选择性(≮95%),烯烃基本不饱和;提高反应温度和降低空速有助于提高脱砷剂脱砷活性,烯烃饱和活性基本不受影响。A hydrogenation dearsenic catalyst for FCC heavy gasoline,composed of large poreγ-Al 2O 3 carrier and bimetallic active component,was synthesized.The physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD and automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer.The activity of arsenic removal,the adaptability of feed and the influence of reaction temperature and space velocity on catalyst performance were investigated.The results showed that the catalysts exhibited high dearsenic activity(≮85%)and selectivity(≮95%)with little olefin saturation.Increasing the reaction temperature and reducing the space velocity improved the dearsenic activity of the catalysts,and the olefin saturation activity was basically unaffected.
