摘  要:基于交通量预测“四阶段法”基本步骤,以上海市杨浦区南部区域的控江路为例,利用Emme软件在交通改善项目交通量预测中的应用进行分析研究,得到交通改善项目的交通量预测结果,获得未来各年度控江路的路段饱和度,从而分析交通改善工程对服务水平的影响,最后通过实例对该方法进行验证以及进行车道规模论证。结果表明:控江路(大连路~江浦路)段采用双向6车道规模,可以极大地缓解交通拥堵现状。Based on the traffic volume forecast,the basic steps of the“four-stage”method,taking the Kongjiang Road in the southern part of Yangpu District of Shanghai as an example,the application of Emme software in the traffic volume prediction of traffic improvement projects was analyzed and studied,the prediction results of traffic improvement projects and the saturation of the road sections of the future control rivers were obtained.In order to analyze the impact of traffic improvement project on service level,the method was verified by examples and the lane size was demonstrated.The results show that the section of Kongjiang Road(Dalian Road^Jiangpu Road)adopts two-way six-lane scale,which greatly alleviates the current traffic congestion.
