摘　　要：分析了工业雷管生产工艺过程,设计实现了基于以太网和力控组态软件的雷管自动化生产监控系统。利用以太网通讯实现了雷管生产的手动/自动控制、生产工序实时画面以及系统的运行状态的动态显示和报警功能。该系统界面简洁、功能完善,有效地满足了雷管生产的需求,提高了自动化和标准化水平。With the analysis of detonator production process,a monitoring system based on force control configuration software and Ethernet communication is designed and implemented in this paper.It achieves the functions such as the automatic/manual control of detonator production,the real-time screen of production,dynamic display of the system operational state and the alarm by Ethernet communication.The system interface is simple,fully functional,effective solving the problem to meet the needs of detonator production and improve the level of automation and standardization.
