摘　　要：设计了一种焊材收发装置控制系统。以三菱FX3U-MT系列PLC为核心处理单元,对焊丝盘推送过程实现了精准定位。采用编程口协议,利用VB.NET中Serial Port控件将PLC与上位机进行通信,完成了上位机指令发送和PLC数据的采集与存储。通过VB.NET和SQLite嵌入式数据库开发上位机人机交互系统,实现了焊材入库、发放、回收管理及库位监测等功能,为焊材控制管理提供便捷途径。A control system of welding material transceiver device is designed in this paper.With Mitsubishi FX3U-MT series PLC as the core processing unit,the process of push control of wire plate achieve accurate positioning.Using the programming port protocol,the PLC and the host computer are used for full duplex communication by using the Serial Port control in VB.NET,the command sending of the upper computer and the collection and storage of PLC data are realized.Through the VB.NET and SQLite embedded database to develop the computer interaction interface of the upper computer,to achieve the welding material warehousing,distribution,recovery management and location monitoring and other functions.
