摘　　要：为实现军校学报办刊效益和编辑主体的双重价值,探讨“互联网+”出版思维模式的发展背景、制约因素,分析军校学报构建“互联网+”思维的重要性,从办刊宗旨和发挥主体价值相统一、建构互联网+信息数据库、符合时代趋势选题、以读者需求为引导、充实优化稿件内容实现社会效益、高效运用办公系统6个方面提出建议。In order to realize the dual effectiveness of running benefits and editorial value of military academy journals,this paper explores the development background and restrictive factors of publishing thinking mode of Internet+,analyzes the importance of military academy journals in building Internet+thinking,and offers proposals from 6aspects,including the unity of purpose and subject value of publishing periodicals,the construction of information database of Internet+,the selection of topics which conform to the trend of times the guidance of the needs of readers,the optimization of the contents of manuscripts to achieve social benefits and the efficient use of office systems.
