摘　　要：针对我国科技期刊稿源方面存在的稿件流向国外、扎堆投向核心期刊、数字出版冲击和内容同质化等问题,提出了提高期刊质量、增强编辑服务意识、参加学术会议发掘新的作者、充分利用专家编委、提高时效性和尝试全媒体运营等具体措施,力求改善科技期刊稿源现状,争取优质稿源,提升期刊学术影响力,引领行业学科发展。Aiming at the problems of the manuscripts of Chinese science and technology journals,such as flowing to foreign countries,concentration on core journals,affected by digital publishing and the homogenization of content,specific measures of improving journal quality,increasing the service awareness of editors,participating in academic conferences to discover new authors,making full use of the experts and editorial board members,improving timeliness and attempting omnimedia operations are put forward to strive to improve the current situation of Chinese science and technology journals’manuscripts,strive for high-quality manuscripts,enhance the academic influence of journals,and lead the development of industry disciplines.
