摘　　要：进入新时代,我国科技期刊承担着以科技成果的应用传播服务于实现现代化伟大事业的使命,面临着广阔的发展空间。以中外海洋学科期刊在主攻特色方向、编委科研水平、作者发文分布、审稿周期等办刊要素方面的差异分析,提出了新形势下我国专业学科期刊的发展方向和办刊理念,从加强期刊出版能力、提升社会作用、注重团队建设等3个方面分析了适应新时代要求的科技期刊办刊策略。In the new era,China's sci-tech periodicals are undertaking the mission of serving the great cause of modernization with the application and dissemination of scientific and technological achievements,and facing a broader space for scientific development.Based on the analysis of the differences between Chinese and foreign journals of marine sciences in terms of their main features,scientific research level of editorial committees,distribution of authors'articles and review cycle,this paper puts forward the development direction and idea of running journals of professional sci-tech journals in China under the new situation,and analyses the strategies of sci-tech journals to meet the requirements of the new era from three aspects:strengthening capacity building,enhancing social role and emphasizing team building.
