从创业意愿到创业行动——一个多因素互动过程对大学生创业教育的启示

摘　　要：众多的调研数据表明,有创业意愿的大学生比例高但创业率很低,创业成功率更低。文章通过对创业意愿到创业行动的过程研究,认为创业意愿是动态变化的。由初始的创业意愿到强烈的创业意向,由创业意向再到创业行动,这一过程也是创业机会识别、评价与开发的过程。作为大学生创业教育主要组织形式的创业学院应面向创业的全过程,着重培养创业精神,培育可行的创业项目,提升大学生创业的成功率。Numerous survey data show that the proportion of college students with entrepreneurial intention is high,but the entrepreneurship rate is low,and the success rate of entrepreneurship is lower.Through the study of the process from entrepreneurship intention to entrepreneurship action,this paper holds that entrepreneurship intention is dynamic.From initial entrepreneurial intention to strong entrepreneurial intention,from entrepreneurial intention to entrepreneurial action,this process is also a process of identifying,evaluating and developing entrepreneurial opportunities.As the main organizational form of entrepreneurship education for college students,entrepreneurship colleges should focus on the whole process of entrepreneurship,focusing on training entrepreneurship clubs,fostering viable entrepreneurship projects,and improving the success rate of college students'entrepreneurship.
