双重血浆置换与单重血浆置换治疗风湿免疫性疾病的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较双重血浆置换与单重血浆置换治疗风湿免疫性疾病的临床疗效。方法42例风湿免疫性疾病患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各21例。对照组采用单重血浆置换治疗,观察组采用双重血浆置换治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的相关临床指标。结果治疗后,观察组中系统性红斑狼疮患者的SLEDAI评分以及24hUP、抗ds-DNA抗体、IgG水平均较对照组显著降低,C3水平较对照组显著升高(P均<0.05);观察组中类风湿性关节炎患者的IgA、IgG、IgM、ESR、CRP水平均较对照组显著降低(P均<0.05)。结论双重血浆置换较单重血浆置换治疗风湿免疫性疾病患者的疗效更佳,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the efficacy of double filtration plasmapheresis and plasma exchange in the treatment of rheumaimmune systemic diseases.Methods 42 patients with rheumaimmune systemic diseases were randomly divided into two groups,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plasma exchange,and the observation group was treated with double filtration plasmapheresis.The related clinical indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the SLEDAI score,and levels of 24hUP,anti-ds-DNA antibody and IgG of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of C3 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,ESR and CRP of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Double filtration plasmapheresis has better efficacy than plasma exchange in the treatment of patients with rheumaimmune systemic diseases,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
