摘　　要：目的探讨结核性盆腔炎患者中白介素-2(IL-2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)与血流动力学的变化。方法选取2017年2月至2018年12月我院收治的结核性盆腔炎患者78例作为实验组,同期体检的74例健康妇女作为对照组,比较两组的炎性因子与血流动力学指标水平。结果实验组患者的血清IL-2水平显著低于对照组,血清CRP、MCP-1水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数与纤维蛋白原均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论结核性盆腔炎患者的血清炎性因子与血流动力学均变化明显。临床通过检测血清CRP、IL-2、MCP-1与血流动力学指标,可尽早确诊结核性盆腔炎,为疾病治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin-2(IL-2),C-reactive protein(CRP),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and hemodynamics in patients with tuberculotic pelvic inflammation.Methods 78 patients with tuberculotic pelvic inflammation admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected as experimental group,and 74 healthy women with physical examination at the same period were selected as control group.The levels of inflammatory factors and hemodynamics indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The level of IL-2 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the levels of CRP and MCP-1 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Patients with tuberculotic pelvic inflammation have obvious changes of serum inflammatory factors and hemodynamics.The clinical detection of serum CRP,IL-2,MCP-1 and hemodynamics indicators can diagnose tuberculotic pelvic inflammation as soon as possible and provide basis for disease treatment.
