利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者的临床疗效。方法60例T2DM合并NAFLD患者随机均分为两组,对照组采用二甲双胍联合甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合利拉鲁肽治疗。比较两组治疗前后的肝功能指标(ALT、AST、GGT)、脂代谢指标(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)和胰岛β细胞功能指标(FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β),比较两组的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的各肝功能、脂代谢和胰岛β细胞功能指标水平均较治疗前显著改善(P均<0.05),且观察组的各项指标水平均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM合并NAFLD患者的疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of liraglutide combined with metformin for the treatment of patients with T2DM complicated with NAFLD.Methods 60 patients with T2DM complicated with NAFLD were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was treated with metformin combined with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with liraglutide.The indicators of liver function(ALT,AST,GGT),lipid metabolism(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)and pancreaticβcell function(FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β)before and after treatment,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,both groups has significant improvement in the levels of indicators of liver function,lipid metabolism and pancreaticβcell function(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group in the levels of all indicators(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusions Liraglutide combined with metformin for the treatment of patients with T2DM complicated with NAFLD has significant efficacy and high safety.
