生血合剂联合骨髓腔输血给药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生血合剂联合骨髓腔输血给药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的临床疗效。方法160例CAA患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予骨髓腔输血给药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合生血合剂治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、血常规指标以及不良反应。结果观察组治疗3个月和6个月的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞和中性粒细胞水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的多毛症、面部痤疮和浮肿发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生血合剂联合骨髓腔输血给药治疗CAA安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shengxue Mixture combined with intramedullary drug administration and blood transfusion in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods 160 CAA patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).Both groups were treated with intramedullary drug administration and blood transfusion,and the observation group was treated with Shengxue Mixture on this basis.The curative effect,blood routine indicators and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results At 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the total effective rates of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,platelets,white blood cells and neutrophils of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the incidences of hypertrichosis,facial acne and edema were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shengxue Mixture combined with intramedullary drug administration and blood transfusion is effective and safe in the treatment of CAA.
