摘　　要：前列环素(PGI2)是由血管内皮细胞合成释放入血的血管活性物质,具有抗血小板聚集、保护内皮细胞、抑制血管平滑肌细胞迁移、抑制新内膜增生的作用。贝前列素钠(BPS)是一种稳定的前列环素类似物,具有预防动静脉内瘘狭窄的作用。本文就前列环素及其类似物在预防动静脉内瘘狭窄中的作用机理进行综述。Prostacyclin(PGI2)is a vasoactive substance synthesized by vascular endothelial cells and released into blood,which has the functions of anti-platelet aggregation,protecting endothelial cells,inhibiting migration of vascular smooth muscle cells and inhibiting neointimal proliferation.Berprost sodium(BPS)is a stable analogue of prostacyclin,which has the role of preventing arteriovenous fistula stenosis.This article reviewed the mechanism of prostacyclin and its analogues in the prevention of arteriovenous fistula stenosis.
