摘  要:目的研究椎间盘减压术联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选择2016年10月至2018年10月我院收治的72例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用椎间盘减压术,观察组采用椎间盘减压术联合臭氧注射治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均降低,JOA评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论椎间盘减压术联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果明显优于单用椎间盘减压术,不仅能提高疗效,还能改善患者的功能障碍。Objective To study the clinical effect of intervertebral disc decompression combined with ozone injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Seventy-two patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intervertebral disc decompression,while the observation group was treated with intervertebral disc decompression combined with ozone injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased and JOA scores increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Intervertebral disc decompression combined with ozone injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a better effect than single-use disc decompression.It can not only improve the curative effect,but also improve the functional disorders of patients.
