论“互联网+农业”背景下的湖南可视农业

摘　　要：随着互联网技术发展的日新月异,在十九大“三农新思想”的引导下,湖南省的农业正在迈向现代化,互联网与物联网技术、VR技术等新兴技术的有机结合共同推动“互联网+”现代化农业的发展,对于可视农业的产生与发展都具有很好的指引作用。通过分析湖南省可视农业的发展现状,揭示了近年来我省“可视农业”发展迅速,针对农业从业人员观念比较落后、农业商业模式不够完善等问题,提出大力发展可视农业、促进农业产业升级、积极推动农村电子商务发展、促进农村金融体系的建设、构建可视农业冷链物流、建立农产品质量追溯体系等推进可视农业的发展路径。With the rapid development of the Internet technology,under the guidance of the“new ideas of agriculture,countryside and farmers”of the 19th CPC National Congress,the agriculture of Hunan province is moving towards modernization.The organic combination of the Internet and Internet of Things technology,VR technology and other emerging technologies have promoted the development of the modern agriculture of the Internet Plus.The development of modern agriculture has a good guiding effect on the emergence and development of the visual agriculture.By analyzing the development status of the visual agriculture in Hunan Province,the author revealed the rapid development of the visual agriculture in Hunan province in recent years,and in view of the backwardness of the concept of agricultural practitioners and the lack of perfect agricultural business model,the author proposed to vigorously develop visual agriculture,promote the upgrading of agricultural industry,actively promote the development of rural e-commerce,and promote the construction of the rural financial system.The development path of visual agriculture is promoted,such as the construction of visual agricultural cold chain logistics and the establishment of the quality traceability system of agricultural products.
