中国优秀女子冰球运动员专项体能评价与诊断

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、测试等研究方法,结合冰球运动项目的特点对中国优秀女子冰球运动员体能相关指标做出客观的评价,建立优秀女子冰球运动员专项体能评价与诊断方法体系,进一步针对个体的体能情况进行诊断,使女子冰球运动员的体能训练进一步的系统化、规范化和科学化。研究得出:中国优秀女子冰球运动员的专项体能评价指标中多数指标值相对较低;运动员体能存在个体差异较大的现象,特别是形态指标的克托莱指数,机能指标的心率、肺活量/体重,素质指标中的下肢爆发力、有氧耐力、反应能力、平衡与协调能力等指标与峰值的差距平均数较大。This research adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and test,and makes an objective evaluation of the physical fitness index of the outstanding women hockey players in China,combining the characteristics of the ice hockey sports program,and establishes a special physical fitness evaluation and diagnosis method system for the outstanding women hockey players.The physical training of female hockey players is further systematized,standardized and scientific by further diagnosis of individual physical condition.The results show:Most of the special physical fitness evaluation indexes of Chinese outstanding female ice hockey players are relatively low.There are large individual differences in the athletes'physical fitness,especially the Ketuolai index of the morphological index,the heart rate,and the lung volume/body weight of the functional indicator.In the quality index,the difference between the lower extremity explosive force,aerobic endurance,reaction ability,balance and coordination ability and peak value is large.
