摘  要:目的比较分析血细胞分析仪形态分析法、镜检筛选法在血液系统病变临床检验中的应用效果。方法选取该院检验科2017年10月-2018年10月间接收的76例受试者的血液样本,对该组样本先后利用全自动血细胞分析仪进行形态学分析和传统显微镜检查,比较两种检验方式对血细胞异常病例的筛选结果,探讨血细胞分析仪形态学分析技术在血液疾病诊断中的应用价值。结果76例样本的检验结果显示,血细胞形态分析技术检出晚幼红2例、中性粒细胞中性毒变3例、异淋2例、红细胞形态异常8例、晚幼粒12例,检出血细胞异常样本共计27例,检出率为35.5%(27/76);传统显微镜筛选出幼稚细胞2例、中性粒细胞中性毒变4例、异淋2例、红细胞形态异常10例、晚幼粒14例,检出血细胞异常样本共计32例,检出率为42.1%(32/76),两组对于异常血细胞的检验结果比较,差异无统计学意义(中性粒细胞中性毒变:χ^2=0.000,P=1.000;红细胞形态异常:χ^2=0.063,P=0.082;晚幼粒:χ^2=0.046,P=0.829;异常血细胞检出率:χ^2=0.443,P=0.505)。结论利用血细胞分析仪形态学分析技术,能够较为准确地发现血细胞的异常情况,方便快捷、分辨率高,值得在血液疾病的筛查检验中加以推广应用。Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of blood cell analyzer morphological analysis method and microscopic examination screening method in clinical examination of blood system diseases.Methods The blood samples of 76 subjects received by our laboratory from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.The samples were analyzed by morphological analysis and traditional microscopy using automatic blood cell analyzer.The screening method of blood cell abnormalities in the test method,and the application value of blood cell analyzer morphological analysis technology in the diagnosis of blood diseases.Results The results of 76 samples showed that 2 cases of late redness,3 cases of neutrophil neutral poisoning,2 cases of abnormal lymphoid,8 cases of abnormal red blood cell mor-phology and 12 cases of late granules were detected by blood cell morphology analysis.A total of 27 cases of abnormal hemorrhage cells were detected,and the detection rate was 35.5%(27/76).2 cases of immature cells,4 cases of neu-trophil neutral poisoning,2 cases of heterologous morphosis,and abnormal red blood cell morphology were screened by traditional microscope.For example,14 cases of late granules and 32 cases of abnormal blood cell samples were detect-ed,the detection rate was 42.1%(32/76).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the detection of abnormal blood cells(neutrophils).(Toxicosis:χ^2=0.000,P=1.000;abnormal red blood cell morphology:χ^2=0.063,P=0.082;late granules:χ^2=0.046,P=0.829;abnormal blood cell detection rate:χ^2=0.443,P=0.505).Conclusion The blood cell analyzer morphological analysis technology can accurately detect the abnormality of blood cells,which is conve-nient,fast and high resolution.It is worthy of being popularized and applied in the screening test of blood diseases.
