复合脉冲导入治疗仪辅助治疗小儿静滴红霉素过程中出现的胃肠道反应的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究复合脉冲导入治疗仪辅助治疗小儿静滴红霉素过程中出现的胃肠道反应的改善效果。方法通过随机分组的方式将该院2018年5-11月接收的62例接受静滴红霉素治疗的患儿分成A组(n=33)和B组(n=29),其中B组仅使用静滴红霉素对患儿进行治疗,而A组则需要在B组的基础上使用复合脉冲导入治疗仪辅助治疗,对两组患儿治疗后胃肠道反应的改善情况进行对比和分析。结果经过治疗A组患儿后胃肠道不良反应发生率6.06%明显低于B组24.14%,(χ^2=4.060,P<0.05)。经过治疗后A组睡眠质量评分(91.06±3.87)分明显高于B组(83.15±2.69)分(t=9.220,P<0.05)。经过治疗后A组精神状态评分(92.15±4.21)分明显高于B组(83.44±3.13)分(t=9.140,P<0.05)。结论对患儿使用复合脉冲导入治疗仪进行辅助治疗,有利于患儿疾病问题的改善,对于患儿胃肠道反应问题的改善也有着积极的推动作用。Objective To investigate the effect of combined pulse introduction therapy instrument on the improvement of gastrointestinal reactions in children with intravenous erythromycin.Methods 62 children who received erythromycin in the hospital from May to November 2018 were randomly divided into group A(n=33)and group B(n=29).Group B only used intravenous infusion erythromycin was used to treat children,while group A needed to be treated with a com-bination of pulse-introducing therapies on the basis of group B.The improvement of gastrointestinal reactions after treatment was compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after treatment in group A was 6.06%,which was significantly lower than that in group B(24.14%),(χ^2=4.060,P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality score of group A(91.06±3.87)points was significantly higher than that of group B(83.15±2.69)points(t=9.220,P<0.05).After treatment,the mental state score of group A(92.15±4.21)points was significantly higher than that of group B(83.44±3.13)points(t=9.140,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a composite pulse-introduction therapy de-vice for adjuvant therapy is beneficial to the improvement of children's disease problems and has a positive effect on the improvement of gastrointestinal reactions in children.
