摘 要:基于正交分析法研究了不同因素对粒化高炉矿渣代砂高性能水泥基材料力学性能的影响。通过分析水胶比、代砂率和养护制度三种因素对高性能水泥基材料力学性能的影响,确定了不同因素对抗压强度影响的主次顺序以及各因素的最优水平组。结果表明,不同因素对抗压强度影响的主次顺序均为:养护条件>水胶比>代砂率;对抗折强度影响的主次顺序为:代砂率>水胶比>养护条件;抗压强度随着水胶比的增大而降低,随着代砂率的增大而呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,而抗折强度随着水胶比与代砂率的增大均呈下降趋势;相比于标准养护,蒸压与低压蒸汽养护均能提高粒化高炉矿渣代砂高性能水泥基材料的抗压强度,且蒸压养护>低压蒸汽养护>标准养护;显微测试结果表明,采用粒化高炉矿渣代替细骨料能够有效提高水泥基材料的抗压强度。Based on the orthogonal analysis method,the effects of different factors on the mechanical properties of high performance cement-based materials containing granulated blast furnace slag(GBFS)as fine aggregate were studied.By analyzing the effects of water-binder ratio,sand replacement ratio and curing schedule on the mechanical properties of high performance cement-based materials,the important order of the influence of different factors on the compressive strength and the optimal level of each factor were determined.The results show that the important order of different factors on the compressive strength is:curing schedule>water-binder ratio>sand replacement ratio.The important order of different factors on the flexural strength is:sand replacement ratio>water-binder ratio>curing schedule.The compressive strength decreases with the increase of water-binder ratio,the compressive strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of sand replacement ratio,the flexural strength decreases with the increase of water-to-binder ratio and sand replacement ratio.Both autoclave and steam curing can improve the compressive strength of GBFS high performance cement-based materials for sand replancement,and autoclave curing>low pressure steam curing>standard curing.Microscopic test results show that using granulated blast furnace slag instead of fine aggregate can effectively improve the compressive strength of cement-based materials.
