摘 要:目的建立有效的提取胶带粘面汗潜指印中DNA的方法。方法联合使用生物裂解液和硅珠法提取胶带粘面汗潜指印中的DNA并进行STR分型。结果获得了有效的STR分型。结论本方法所用时间短,需要检材量少,且分型结果良好,完全适用于胶带粘面汗潜指印中DNA提取的需要。Objective To establish a method for efficiently extracting DNA from sweat latent fingerprint that was deposited onto the viscous side of adhesive tape.Methods With the combination of biologically disrupting solution(bone meal incubation fluid)and silicon beads,DNA was extracted from the selected samples for STR typing.Results Valid STR profiling had been obtained.Conclusion The method described here is characteristic of short time consumption,small quantity of required sample,rendering good STR typing profile,therefore fully applicable for the extraction of sweat latent fingerprint DNA from the viscous side of adhesive tape.
