摘  要:玉溪煤矿2018年为联合试运转冲刺阶段,年度井巷工程计划为12882 m,但一季度仅完成2056 m,完成年度计划的15.96%,究其原因为三个,一是煤巷瓦斯制约掘进;二是岩巷机械故障制约;三是施工方生产组织比较差。分析制约岩巷道掘进速度的原因及解决办法以推动实际工程进展。Yuxi coal mine is in the sprint stage of joint trial operation in 2018,with an annual plan of 12 882 m,but only 2 056 m was completed in the first quarter and 15.96%of the annual plan was completed.There are three reasons for this:one is gas restriction in coal roadway;the other is mechanical failure restriction in rock roadway;and the third is poor production organization of construction side.This paper analyses the reasons that restrict the driving speed of rock roadway and the solutions to promote the progress of practical engineering.
