摘  要:介绍两起因中置柜梅花触头烧毁引发的电网故障案例,分析梅花触头烧毁原因。为解决梅花触头温升问题,基于记忆合金的形状记忆效应,设计一种带辅助触头,用记忆合金压片取代紧箍弹簧的组合式梅花触头。对普通梅花触头和组合式梅花触头进行大电流温升对比试验,试验结果表明,该组合式梅花触头能有效解决梅花触头温升问题,提高了供电可靠性。Two cases of grid faults caused by the burning of the plum contact in the centrally installed switchgear are introduced in this paper with the reasons for the burning analyzed.In order to solve the temperature rise problem of plum contact,a combined plum contact with auxiliary contact and memory alloy tablet is designed utilizing the shape memory effect of memory alloy.Through the comparison test of large current temperature rise of common plum contact and combined plum contact,the combined plum contact is proved more reliable under severe temperature rise thus improving power supply reliability.
