摘  要:以江西省瑞金市毛竹林为研究对象,采用高通量测序技术分析了林地根际与非根际土壤细菌的物种组成、多样性和群落结构。结果表明:毛竹林地土壤细菌群落具有较高的生物多样性,林地根际与非根际土壤细菌群落物种结构组成存在一定差异。毛竹林地根际与非根际土壤细菌群落组成种类在门、纲、目、科分类水平上较相似,但不同分类水平的优势菌群及各菌群丰度值均存在较大差异。毛竹根际土壤中的特有属种类远超过非根际土壤,其中包括许多功能菌属,如Zoogloea、Pelomonas、Thauera、Rhizobium等。Taking the Phyllostachys edulis forest in Ruijin city,Jiangxi province as the research object,high-throughput sequencing was applied to study the species composition,diversity,community structure and profile distribution of rhizosphere and bulk soil bacteria in forest.The results showed that the soil bacterial communities of Ph.edulis forest had high biodiversity,but the species composition and distribution were different between rhizosphere and bulk soil bacterial communities.It was found that the composition of rhizosphere and bulk soil bacterial communities was similar at the level of phylum,class,order and family,but the dominant microflora and the abundance of each microflora were significantly different at different classification levels.The endemic species in the rhizosphere soil far more than the bulk soil at the level of genus,including many functional bacteria genera,such as Zoogloea,Pelomonas,Thauera,Rhizobium,etc.
