学术型档案馆建设思路与展望——以天津市档案馆为例

摘　　要：文章以天津市档案馆提出"学术立馆"口号、实现由传统型档案馆向学术型档案馆的转型升级为例,介绍档案馆转型升级的必要性和可行性,建设学术型档案馆的战略目标。并从构建学术环境、打造人才高地、保障财政经费、借力强强联合等角度阐述了学术型档案馆构建中的主要举措。最后,对学术型档案馆建设的未来进行展望,并对新时代青年档案工作者在学术型档案馆转型中应肩负的使命与担当提出希望。Taking Tianjin Archives as an example, this paper introduces the necessity and feasibility of the transformation and upgrading of archives and the strategic goal of building academic archives. This paper expounds the main measures in the construction of academic archives from the perspectives of building academic environment, building talent plateau, guaranteeing financial funds, and combining strong and strong forces. Finally, the future of the construction of academic archives is prospected, and the mission and responsibility of young archivists in the transformation of academic archives in the new era are put forward.
