摘　　要：题名的著录是民国档案文件级目录著录工作的重点和难点。民国档案有着不同于现代公文的语言特征和行文习惯,其文件题名的语言表述方式牵涉甚广,是一个值得档案业界深入研究的问题。本文旨在探讨民国档案文件级目录题名用语原则以及其如何在保持时代特征和便于检索利用之间寻求最优解,从而更好地服务于民国档案资源的社会化利用。The description of titles is the key and difficult point in the cataloguing of archives and documents in the Republic of China.The archives of the Republic of China have different linguistic characteristics and writing habits from modern official documents. The language expression of the title of the archives involves a wide range of issues, which is worthy of in-depth study by the archives industry.The purpose of this paper is to explore the principles of the titles of archives and documents catalogues in the Republic of China and how to find the best solution between maintaining the characteristics of the times and facilitating retrieval and utilization, so as to better serve the socialized utilization of archives resources in the Republic of China.
