摘　　要：目的了解缺铁性贫血时血小板数的变化。方法收集、整理本院自2011年7月-2018年7月间收治的缺铁性贫血外周血血小板数的检查结果,并对其进行分析。结果460例缺铁性贫血患者,男156例,女304例,血小板数在32~797×10^9/L之间,其中194例(占42.17%)患者的血小板数在301~797×10^9/L之间,419.15±94.13×10^9/L;219例(占47.61%)患者的血小板数在101~300×10^9/L之间,212.97±56.22×10^9/L;41例(占8.91%)患者的血小板数在32~96×10^9/L之间,65.78±21.37×10^9/L。结论460例IDA的轻度、中度、重度、极重度贫血血小板数比较均有统计学意义(t=1.965,P<0.05;t=1.996,P<0.05),但由于缺铁性贫血时患者多伴有血小板数增多,少部分患者伴有血小板数减少,其机制尚不明确,仍待进一步研究。Objective To understand the changes of platelet count in iron deficiency anemia.Methods The examination Results of platelet count in peripheral blood of iron deficiency anemia admitted and treated by yuxi people's hospital from July 2011 to July 2018 were collected and analyzed.Results There were 460 patients with iron deficiency anemia,156 males and 304 females.The platelet count was between 32 and 797×10^9/L,among which 194 patients(42.17%)had platelet count between 301 and 797×10^9/L,and 419.15±94.13×10^9/L.The platelet count of 219 patients(47.61%)ranged from 101 to 300×10^9/L,and 212.97±56.22×10^9/L.The platelet count of 41 patients(8.91%)ranged from 32 to 96×10^9/L,and 65.78±21.37×10^9/L.Conclusions Compared platelet counts of all 460 IDA patients with mild,moderate,severe and extremely severe anemia were statistically significant(t=1.965,P<0.05).t=1.996,P<0.05.However,iron-deficiency anemia patient are mostly accompanied by increased platelet count,and a small number of patients are accompanied by decreased platelet count,of which the mechanism is still unclear and needs further study.
