摘　　要：报告自体富血小板血浆治疗糖尿病难治性创面3例的过程.这3例患者的难治性创面分别以糖尿病足溃疡保肢截趾手术后创面难愈合,糖尿病患者重大手术后产生局部手术创口难以愈合,糖尿病患者电击伤后创口难以愈合为起因.3例患者的创面均反复迁延不愈合,反复清创换药效果欠佳,经自体富血小板血浆治疗后在较短时间内治愈.文献复习显示,自体富血小板血浆对糖尿病难治性创面有较好的临床效果,值得在临床实践中进一步应用和研究.We reported three cases of refractory diabetic wounds treated by autologous platelet-rich plasma.The refractory wounds of these three patients were caused by toe amputation of diabetic foot ulcer,no healing surgical wound after major operation of diabetic patients,no healing wound after electric injury of diabetic patients,which were difficulty to heal,and were cured in a shorter time by autologous platelet-rich plasma therapy.Literature review showed that autologous platelet-rich plasma had a good clinical effect on refractory wounds of diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of further study and application in clinical practice.
