摘　　要：在介绍经过抗震加固砖混楼房拆除的控制爆破施工过程中,阐述了爆破方案、爆破切口、爆破参数、起爆网路的设计及安全防护措施。结合待拆楼房的结构特点,采用了增加爆破切口高度的技术措施,以增强楼房倒塌的解体效果。为防止楼房后坐,在后排预留足够的支撑墙体。根据待拆楼房预拆除工作量和难度大的特点,经过考察并核算楼板的承载能力后,采用了小型挖掘机破碎锤直接进入楼体内部进行预拆除的方法。将现代化施工机械应用于楼房拆除爆破中,起到了经济、高效的作用,满足了工期的要求。经过精心设计和精细施工,取得了理想的爆破效果,为同类工程提供参考。The controlled blasting for demolition of brick-concrete buildings strengthened by earthquake resistance is introduced,and discusses the blasting scheme,blasting incision,blasting parameters,design of initiation network and safety protection measures.Combining with the structural characteristics of the building to be demolished,the technical measures of increasing the height of blasting incision are adopted to enhance the collapse and disintegration effect of the building.In order to prevent the building from sitting back,sufficient supporting walls are reserved in the back row.According to the workload and difficulty of pre-demolition of the building to be demolished,after checking and calculating the bearing capacity of the floor,the method of pre-demolition is adopted by directly entering the interior of the building with small excavator hammer.The application of modern construction machinery in demolition blasting of buildings plays an economic and efficient role and meets the requirements of construction period.After careful design and fine construction,ideal blasting effect has been achieved,which provides reference for similar projects.
