摘 要:为获得低成本、高稳定的NaCl和KCl复配消焰剂型三级煤矿乳化炸药配方,利用理论计算研究NaCl和KCl分别对炸药爆热和爆温的影响规律。计算结果表明,NaCl比KCl具有更好的降低炸药爆热和爆温的效果。根据所得结果,以常用三级煤矿许用乳化炸药配方的爆温为标准,设计了5种炸药爆温值与其相同的复配消焰剂配方,并分别测试和分析水相析晶点,得出质量分数5.31%的NaCl和1%KCl复配消焰剂对应析晶点最低,为64℃,这说明了其具有成本低、稳定性高的特点,以上结果可为三级煤矿许用乳化炸药设计和生产提供参考。In order to obtain the formula of the class three coalmine permitted emulsion explosive inhibited by the mixture of NaCl and KCl with low cost and high stability,the effects of NaCl and KCl on the detonation heat and temperature were firstly studied by theoretical calculation.The calculation results show that NaCl is better than KCI in reducing the detonation heat and temperature.According to the results,the detonation temperature of the common formula of the class three coalmine permitted emulsion explosive was selected as standard.Five kinds of the formula inhibited with the same detonation temperature as above were designed.And their crystallization points of water phase were tested and analyzed It is concluded that the mixed flame inhibitor by mixing 5.31%(mass fraction) NaCl and 1%(mass fraction) KCl corresponds to the lowest crystallization point of water phase,which is 64℃.It is characterized by low cost and high stability.The above result can provide reference for design and production of the class three coalmine permitted emulsion explosive.
