摘 要:钢板风管板材厚度与风管系统类别、加工工艺及使用环境等有关,现行标准对钢板风管板材厚度的规定存在差异。当板材厚度设计无要求时,建议在图纸中明确风管系统的设计工作压力和板材厚度执行标准,螺旋风管板材厚度执行JGJ/T 141—2017《通风管道技术规程》的规定,其他类型风管板材厚度执行GB 50243—2016《通风与空调工程施工质量验收规范》的规定。GB 50134—2004《人民防空工程施工及验收规范》仅规定了板材最小厚度,尚须参照其他标准执行或进行必要的修订。The plate thickness of steel duct is related to type of duct system,processing technology and usage environment.There exist some differences on regulations of the plate thickness in the current standards.When there is no requirements on plate thickness,it is suggested that the design working pressure of dust system and the execution standard of plate thickness should be clearly defined in the drawings.The plate thickness of the spiral duct should be carried out according to JGJ/T 141-2017 Technical specification for air duct,the plate thickness of the others should be carried out according to GB 50243-2016 Code of acceptance for construction quality of ventilation and air conditioning works.GB 50134-2004 Code for construction and acceptance of civil air defence works only specifies the minimum thickness of the steel duct,and it needs to refer to other standards during the construction or to conduct necessary revisions.
