摘　　要：CPR1000核电站(NPP)核岛仪用压缩空气流量测量值是安全壳泄漏率计算的重要输入。测量仪表(SAR001MD)初始选型为涡轮流量计。受涡轮流量计量程比限制,在核岛仪用压缩空气小流量的运行特点下,会出现测量值波动幅度大、频繁归零等现象。通过对流量测量领域应用广泛的差压式流量计、涡街流量计、超声波流量计、热式质量流量计的换型研究,综合比较仪表连接方式的匹配、量程比及精度、管道布置的改动量、温压补偿等多方面因素,最终恒温差热式质量流量计以其小流量测量精度高、量程比高、压损小、安装简单、无需温压补偿等显著优势而被确定为换型仪表。换型后的热式质量流量计大大简化了测量系统结构及仪表和管道布置,同时运行稳定、测量值波动幅度大幅减小、归零现象未再发生,有效保障了安全壳泄漏率监测的准确性和稳定性,为操作员对机组判断提供了良好保障,也为三代核电站的仪表选型提供了借鉴。The nuclear island compressed air flow measurement value of CPR1000 nuclear power plant(NPP)is an important input of containment leak rate calculation,turbine flowmeter was initially selected to be the measurement instrument(SAR001MD),restricted by range ratio of turbine flowmeter,when the compressed air is operating in small flow rate,the measured value fluctuates greatly and returns to zero frequently.The type change of differential pressure flowmeter、vortex flowmeter、ultrasonic flowmeter and thermal mass flowmeter is studied,comprehensive comparison of instrument’s connection matching、range ratio and precision、pipeline layout change、temperature and pressure compensation and other factors,the constant temperature differential thermal mass flowmeter is determined to be the transformation instrument because of its obvious advantages,such as small flow measurement accuracy、high range ratio、small pressure loss、simple installation and no need for temperature and pressure compensation.The thermal mass flowmeter greatly simplifies the structure of the measuring system and the arrangement of instruments and pipes,at the same time,the operation is stable,the fluctuation range of the measured value is greatly reduced,and the phenomenon of returning zero does not occur again.It ensures the accuracy and stability of the monitoring for containment leakage rate and provides guarantee for the operator to judge the power unit.It also provides reference for the instrument selection of the third generation NPP.
